Anjali Tendulkar, wife of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has purchased a 391 sq ft apartment in Peninsula Heights, Virar, for ₹32 lakh, property documents reveal. The flat is located on the third floor and the deal was registered on May 30, 2025. She paid ₹1.92 lakh as stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration fees, availing a 1% concession on stamp duty offered to women buyers in Maharashtra. Property rates in Virar currently range from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 per sq ft. Earlier, Gauri Khan had rented a staff apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West.
